There's a thing going on.

So there's been a slight lapse in the putting out of these things - one part of it's due to a busy lifestyle (pumping iron and partying with hookers mostly) on my side, and a Spring holiday for Spiritplants.

Two months since my last, well, there's no excuse for a poor one is there?

My first podcast will be going out on Spiritplants Radio on Saturday (8pm ESTt)  and  Sunday (7.30 am) - Pretty sure that means 1 in the morning (so Saturday night) or 12:30 pm on Sunday.
